科研簡(jiǎn)介:主要基于生物信息學(xué)手段開(kāi)展腫瘤精準(zhǔn)治療研究,包括腫瘤新生抗原、免疫治療基礎(chǔ)研究及癌癥多組學(xué)的測(cè)序數(shù)據(jù)分析挖掘。相關(guān)研究已以表第一/通訊作者作者在Journal for ImmunoTherapy of CancerMolecular Cancer、Oncoimmunology、Molecular OncologyCarcinogenesis等雜志發(fā)表SCI論文8篇。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),市廳級(jí)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)。2023年入選福州市高層次人才(D類)。
